Weird issue after installing VISTA.

The little quicklaunch short cuts for Desktop and Switcher have White Paper looking shortcuts that to not do anything

as you can see, the little piece of paper looking icon is the Windows Switcher quick launch shortcut. The desktop one that was there I deleted and tried to recreate to no avail.

When I check the properties on the shortcuts I get the following:
Windows_Switcher.jpg

These weren't the only two issues like this. When opening my user, the Picture/Documents/Music shortcuts look identical and would do nothing when clicked.

any ideas why these just look like place holders?

Not the solution you want. But the keyboard commands are far faster... =

Someone who left them in their quick launch bar might be able to tell you what the shortcut should look like (to see if it can be manually created).

I recreated some like, pictures, music etc. But the Desktop Shortcut key I created just opens my desktop. I need the one that takes me to my desktop when pressed.

/crosses fingers that someone can right click their shortcut and give em the command.
