Vista Business or Ultimate capable notebook with Aero support

I'm in the market for a notebook that will be able to run Vista Business or Ultimate with full Aero support.

I'd like a notebook that has the potential to support more than 4GB - 8GB would be ideal. I'm looking for Core 2 Duo but will settle for Core Duo.

Are notebook makers providing free upgrades to Vista? Assume that I'm going to purchase my notebook with Windows XP Professional installed.

Nothing supports more than 4GB right now. Core 2 Duo is everywhere. All mfrs are offering free upgrades to Vista; if you purchase XP Pro you get Vista Business.
