Vista boot manager help

Hi!

I have a Dell inspiron 1405 laptop...

It had a 120GB HD and the vista boot manager would always come up and I had to choose the OS to continue.....No 30 second timer as usual, and no other option than the only OS installed....Vista home premium.

I have to press enter to continue....Always

Well...I just replaced the original HD with a new 160GB HD, new installation, using a Vista retail disc...but still, I get the same Vista boot manager option...no timer or anything...again, back to pressing Enter in order to continue...

How do I fix this?

all you need to do is to set your delay to 0.
control panel -> system -> advanced system settings -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery
