Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, they've had it on the past versions of Vista as well. It's just as bad as the enhanced IE security in Server 2003, except its everywhere, not just in IE.
 
The prompts will be far fewer in beta2 then they were in previous builds, and they will be further reduced by RTM.
