Vista & Auzentech Xplosion

In case anyone is wondering (as I was until I tried it), I got my Auzentech Xplosion sound card working properly in Vista Ultimate. Note that this is for the 32-bit version of Vista, and used the 32-bit driver, found here. Just an FYI if you own this sound card.

edit: am actually getting the meridian, but same page.
 
How do you connect your speakers to your sound card? I'm using fiber optic from auzentech->logitech 5500 receiver, but the sound doesn't work. It works in XP fine. If anyone has the solution to this, it would be much appreciated.
