So Vista 64 is faster than XP 32bit SP3 in that one single test.

It also shows that Vista SP1 is slower than Vista RTM (32 and 64 bit) in that one test.

It also shows that XP SP3 is faster than Vista SP1 in 32bit, but slower than Vista RTM 32bit, and slower than XP RTM.

So, by your one single benchmark test, either we should all be running on Vista 64bit RTM for max performance or alternately XP RTM.

Good job.

Despite what the benchmarks say, from a user's perspective SP1 is faster than RTM. When I installed this on my wife's laptop, I saw a 15% performance boost. She has 1GB of RAM on a Core Duo 1.7Ghz.

Exactly my point.

It was a single benchmark which doesn't really prove anything in real world terms.
