Vista 64 second thoughts

Alright so i built a new rig and got vista 64 ultimate a few weeks ago and its all good, but some small annoyances keep making me consider reinstalling with vista 32 ultimate instead just so a few small program would run without issues

for example rivatuner..its giving me errors and i can OC my video card which is kidna rediculous...a few more programs like similar to it also dont run on 64

so herein lies my question

Besides the ram issue, what else are some big differences between vista 64 and 32 bit ?

i bet i wount even notice the difference
 
what errors are you getting with rivatuner? i am running it on vista 64 bit. as for the differences other than the memory which to me would make it faster as you can use over 4gb of memory which would make the system faster.
