The killer for me is that my iPod doesn't work at all in x64 version of Vista...so I'll just use the standard x86 one. Also, I see alot of apps don't work at all on the x64 version that kinda sucks because it was something I was looking forward to using...suppose I can't. The 32bit version supports 4GB of memory correct? Do I need 4GB really? I have 2GB now and some people say 2GB isn't enough 😕

edit: it also seems that my Digital Camera (Nikon D50) is unsupported in Vista 64bit using Nikon's PictureProject software (which my sister likes). I suppose I can use the 32bit version now...then later...clean install the 64bit one when my ipod works (I can live without the camera software).

Well you will soon need at least 8 GB of ram for a lot of the new games coming out.

This quote again. According to you, 8gig will be the normal amount of memory on systems in 59 more days (I'm counting).

A) Could you kindly list come games that will need more than 3gig within the next 12 months
B) You never answered my question on your credentials to make this prediction.

I remain curious,
Bill
