visor prism (color palm): is the color screen bright enough?

I have a Prism, and I think it's a hot deal if you need a PDA with color. The screen is great indoors, bright and sharp. Outdoors in the sun, it's washed out and hard to see.
 
I've used the Prism, and its definately a nice screen for a color PDA. Can't account for outside, but definately bright and crsip indoors. Good deal for its price for a color model...
 
I agree colors are great indoors but lousy outdoors. Tip, when outdoors have the sun directly on the screen, you'll get a screen at grayscale so you at least see something. I loved mine, great battery life compared to the iPaq I now have.

yeah, best color pda out there... unfortunately it's too bulky, heavy, old OS, and outdated. go for the clie t615 if you want a color PalmOS... i agree... handsprings are no a good choice...
