Beware of ENPC's returns, however.
My friend and I preordered a Geforce 3 back in early October, about 2 weeks before it shipped. My friend got his on time, but I didn't get mine until mid December. By that time, I did not want the card, so I cancelled the order and had it sent back.
The gentleman at the RMA department gave me a lot of hassle refunding the money for it. They shipped the card from California, even though their business is out of New York (perhaps they shipped directly from a distributor?)... To cancel an order that had already shipped, I was instructed to reject the package from UPS and return to the sender. Of course, it went back to the shipper in CA and once the package got there, ENPC denied receiving it. It took about a month to get them to approve my return, where I got my money back minus shipping charges.
I personally would not recommend ENPC based on my experience there. Though this isn't a preorder type of deal, I would beware of their return policy. There are other customers who had similar problems on resellerratings.com as well.
If you are sure this is what you want, go for it. I used to have an AGP Visiontek Geforce2 MX400, and it was an excellent card - while it's not the latest chipset, it does perform. Great find for the price!
