While $49 sounds a little crazy right now, a figure in that vicinity might not be too far off if you will be able to get a GF4MX for $99. Personally, I think the GF4MX is a VW Beetle engine in a Ferrari chassis. The benchies I've seen to date show the GF4MX running slower than a GF3 Ti200 in some games and faster in others. In the mac world, the OEM GF3(this was the original GF3 core not a Ti) that came in some of the Macs runs substantially faster than the OEM GF4MX that has just been released in the new Macs with dual 1 Ghz processors. http://www.xlr8yourmac.com

Ok, during lunch break, I went to check the BB on Pico and Sawtelle and did not see it on clearance. They had 2-3 on the shelf, but were 199 - 50mir. I guess I should've did a price check just in case, but I wasn't thinking.

For you gamers out there, I did see Baldur's Gate Saga for 9.99. That's Baldur's Gate 1 + the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion, which is pretty hot IMHO, but passed it up because I already had the games. They only had one left on the shelf.

Sorry guys for jumping in this flame but i have a quick question. I upgraded my dinosaur stb v4400 tnt 16mb to a gforce3 ti-200 from bb during black friday. I thought for 100 bux it was a good deal. But I dont really play that much 3-d games except counter strike and even on CS, I really cant tell the differnce between the upgrade.

Im running the card at 4x at max spec but I was wondering are there any "POPULAR" games such as counter strike that I would see some differnce??

Heck for the money, people say it was a steal but I feel like im not getting my moneys worth.

i had voodoo3 on my amd 1700+/ecs, 256 ddr.....upgraded to kyroII the FPS from CS was from 30 to 90
