I sent in information to Visiontek tech support to RMA a GF4-4200 that died on 8/15/02 and didn't hear anything back from them. I figured I was SOL, but today I receiver this e-mail.

Your RMA # is : XXXXXXXX
Be sure to clearly mark your RMA# on the outside of the box when you send in
your card.

Keep your manual and driver CD, send only the bad card to:

Visiontek Returns
ATTN: RMA# XXXXXXXX
1175 Lakeside Dr.
Gurnee, IL 60031

Once your defective card has been received and processed, it will be
repaired or replaced and shipped to the address you have provided.

Please make sure that the return shipping address marked in the "FROM"
section of your package matches the shipping address that you submitted for
your RMA.

Your RMA# is valid for 30 days from time of issuance.

Hopefully this will come through for me, and people will receive rebates etc...

"An Assignee / Trustee has been appointed, and will attempt to maximize the value of the company's assets. His belief is that the assets have a higher value as a "turn-key" operation than in a liquidation. The Trustee is continuing to operate the company to determine if a sale is a viable alternative to a liquidation, and he is currently talking to interested parties. The company is continuing to take orders, ship products, and honor rebates."

Hopefully they send me a card back instead of nut'in. Maybe a GF4-4600 😀

Hehe Keep dreamin'.. if you get a card back, it will be a Ti4200 since they're new and abundant.

Got the card back yesterday. Shweet!

The card was repaired rather than replaced. Glad somebody is still employed at Visiontek.
