VisionTek PCIe Radeon X1650 $39.99 AR @ NewEgg

I ordered one as soon as I found this, apologies if it's a repost. Couldn't find this topic anywhere else.

My guess is they'll go fast, so it may be out of stock soon, but NewEgg's good about letting you know when it gets replenished with their 'Auto-Notify' feature. (Give them your e-mail, they let you know as soon as it's back in stock.) Shipping is free.

It's a good card, not top of the line or anything, but certainly a good value for the $$. It should be useful for most any current games & it's HDCP compliant. It doesn't do DirectX 10, but if you're looking for this kind of value you probably don't expect that without a big tradeoff in performance.

Others can comment on just how good a deal this is & the merits of this card versus others.

It's back on the site (but still OOS) but the price is now $49.xx after $50 MIR.

For the few extra bucks, you might consider the 2400 with HDMI as well. Funny that this is geared towards HTPC, but you absolutely will have to replace the fan on the card with something more quiet if you want to be able to watch a movie and not hear it.
