Visiontek GF4 software bundle question

Card owners...

What version of PowerDVD is bundled with either the Visiontek GF4 4600 or 4400 cards? I'm trying to budget for my next system and want to know if I can save $50 by not having to buy PowerDVD 4.0. If I can, then in my head the price difference between the two cards is halved and I can justify spending the extra cash on the 4600.

Leadtek cards come with WinDVD software. Is that better/worse than PowerDVD? Other than that all things seem equal between Leadtek and Visiontek. Except Leadtek gets a PLUS for its cool heatsink. So if WinDVD=PowerDVD then Leadtek>Visiontek (since the cost about the same) no?

if your talking about the fan with the geforce logo thing around it that looks cool, the visiontek has that kind of fan too.
