Is the rage fury pro 32 meg vivo card a good card with a good chipset? I was told to stay away from savage 2000. This rage card from ATi seems to have the DVD decoding and the TV in and out that I am looking for. What do you guys think?

definitely go with a geforce2mx. the 2d might not compare w/ ati's radeon. if you're a gamer go with the geforce2mx. the 256's are old school. overall i'm pretty sure the geforce 2mx beats the ati by far.

Yes, Visiontek is very good, although not as famous they have been working with Nvidia for awhile. Infact, they are the ones that produce most of the Geforce 2 Ultra reference boards.

As for the ATi Rage Fury Pro, I suggest you stay away from it. The performance is really mediocre at best, and lousy with with drivers. If you want a ATi card, pick up a Radeon 32mb DDR or 64Mb DDR. If your more interested in Nvidia, look for a Geforce2 MX, and if your willing to pay more get a GTS or a Pro.

"Regular" GTS's have DDR ram, MX's have SDR ram.
The Radeon's are nice, I'm doing a group buy on them :D
