Visiontek 4850 Temps

I just turned Bioshock on and started playing on my 1920x1080 monitor at high res. When I checked my temps they were at 100 C. I have one of the first 4850s to come out with the basic HSF. Any idea at what point the card will fail?

Does Visiontek cover the warranty if I have Overdrive enabled just so I can adjust fan speeds?
 
you need to push the stock fan up to 70% minimum... i'm listening to one whine right now... the stock coolers dont' turn the fan up fast enuf on auto...
