Visioneer Scanner Auto Crop Issue HELPPPPPP

When I first got the visioneer Scanner whenever I scanned stuff, like multiple items at one time it would crop(I think that is the right terminology) the different items seperately and they would be aligned correctly etc... Now whenever I scan something smaller that the 8x11 scan size it will scan the whole page and nothing is cropped. I tried it with the autocrop on and off and it doesn't matter what I scan it always scans the whole page. This is really annoying any help would be greatly appreciated. It is almost as if the autocrop button is not working but, I don't even remeber if I had it checked before or what.

Please help me I need to scan some stuff ASAP

Maybe there is a setting in the driver software to enable to auto crop. If all else fails just preview the image and adjust the size to your needs.

BTW, There were updated drivers at visoneer a couple months ago for most of there scanners.
