Visioneer 8100 Scanner NO Longer on staples site???

I was going to order one of these on staples.com this morning for my parents. After extensive searching, cannot locate. Also links from previous posts do not work. Can anyone still find this on their website? thanks😕

There's the 7700 and 8900. The latter looks like 8100, so I assume they cleaned out the inventory and replaced it with a new model.

No longer there for me... though they haven't cancelled my order. I'm sure that tsee is right, they cleared out their stock. Unlike the Lexmark e210 (which I also got), which I think they removed from the website because they were losing too much $$$ on the deal, hahah. 🙂

I have to agree with you. I searched by the sku number (437849) and it says that it cannot find such number. You would have to think that they would run out of these sooner or later. I think everyone and their brothers uncle knew of this deal.
Sit back and relax. Another deal is bound to arise.

Agreed. Fortunately, mine, ordered yesterday early still, shows delivery for tomorrow, 3/7.

Quite possible there are a bunch of these still in the B&Ms, but without the $20 off $100 online coupons they aren't nearly as attractive. As you say, there is always another deal coming, and for scanners, they seem to be getting more and more frequent.

It's still available. You can call them and order it. The rep I spoke to said that he had no idea why it's no longer on the website, but they do have them.

Just got mine today -

Damn this scanner is tite. Mine came with the full version of PaperPort 7.0 which is worth the cost of the scanner itself.

FYI, for those who were asking - this thing is XP compatible.

Ordered mine on Monday, added a pack of staples ( just had to😉 ) to get above $100. Got those today and the scanner just in the past hour went from status of processing to shipped. looks like I made it. Hopefully I will get it tomorrow.
