Visio: Database maps-Displaying the "notes" field

I am in the process or working on a database map in Visio. The tables are displayed as, well, tables with the field names. What I need is the description that I have manually entered for each field in the tables to be displayed. Does anyone know how I would do this?

I've been working on the same thing at work, but my file is at work and I'm at home so I can't really look at it. If you haven't figured it out by tomorrow, I'll give it a try.

Ok, I'm looking at it and I can't figure out how to get the 'Notes' field to show up in the drawing, either.
