Visine does what?

I know this guy that owns a bar. He said that if they have an unruly patron that wants to raise too much hell, cause trouble, etc. then what they do is put Visine in the person's drink. And what good does that do? It gives the unruly patron the raging sh!ts, AND the raging pukes! LOL

I have NEVER heard of this before. Just thought it was a pretty neat trick to get rid of troublemakers.

Anyone else ever heard of that?
