Virus/Write Boot Error~Anybody?

I am trying to load Win98 on an old VXpro board W/Cyrix 200 and I get to 1st stage of install and I get that error message.It's not the hardrive as I have tried on two different ones.I have Fdisked/full partion/formated drives,that is extent of my savyAnyone?

Try disabling Boot Virus Protection (or something alike) in the BIOS.
