Virus/trojan help

Something seems to be parasiting on my IEEXPLORE.EXE, when I just sit with a web page open my system spikes between 35% and 5% or so CPU usage. If I open forums specifically it runs up to 100% and stays there, even to type this in this window is lagging my pc to hell, also I have picked up several thousand popups in the past 3 days. I ran ad-aware, didn't seem to help, spywareblaster, symantec online trojan scanner.

As long as I am not browsing everything seems fine. I can't find any new programs in add/remove. Any ideas??

I have ran all of those now, but no fix. This thing has hijacked my browser it seems, everything else is fine, and when I login as a different user it doesn't do it. So that seems it has to be hiding in the administrator folder of Documents and settings.

You guys know of anything like this? Another 900 popups blocked today...
