This sounds like it might be JAVA_BYTVERIFY.A
If so, you may find it in C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\the name you're logged in as\.JPI_CACHE\from here the file will be different. But everything that is in this folder should be deleted.
You can run SpyBotSearchAndDestroy and a virus checker to find these files, but if it's this particular vermin it'll be in those folders. You might check the other logons to make sure they're clean. If you don't find those folders use a good spyware and a good virus checker. Some of these things can't be automatically removed, this is one of them. Don't bother with Windows Search function, it won't find it or will take forever.:disgust:
