Virtual Drive software for Windows 7?

I need to reinstall some of my development tools, and it seems that Daemon Tools doesn't work in Windows 7.

Anybody know of any other (free) utilities that do? Need to install stuff on both x86 and x64 version.

Daemon Tools Lite works on my 7RC-64bit.

The newest version of DT? I'll give that a shot; I've just read in multiple places that it doesn't work.

You have to get the latest version

Power ISO works, and it is better than Daemon Tools, but it isn't free.

UltraISO works as well. (under Vista SP2 compatibility mode)
