i have a capital one cc and my credit union cc and i do alot of buying online and wanted to start using a virtual cc.

i know citi has virtual cc's but i don't want to sign up for another cc (or at least not yet)

also does anyone know of a virtual cc that is linked to a paypal account? i dont want the paypal debit card because you need to be a merchant/premier account and id rahter not do that.

also i have looked at paypals' vdebt but i don't understand it :D

thanks

PayPal has a virtual debit card but unfortunately the number doesn't change. I assume you're looking for one-time use numbers?

Where do you get a virtual credit card?

Well, from a virtual wallet, of course...

just cancel a card and then get a citibank card in it's place.
virtual numbers rock for ordering online. i use them for every purchase.

No don't cancel your current card, just get one from a company like citibank that offers the service.
