virtual CD Windows software (without installing anything)

Is there Windows software that will mount a .ISO as a drive without installing any software? Just an executable and free would be nice.

I can use the isobuster .exe and run setup or browse an image, but when software wants to see the disc as a drive, you would need to install something like Daemon tools.

you answered it yourself?

they did read it, and they told you what to use. afaik there's no way to just mount an iso or there would be no reason for daemon tools to exist.

Why must there be no software installation?
this is for users computers who are not administrators. when I need to get to a CD on their machine, I can quickly mount an .ISO. All I need to do now is copy one file to their system32 directory and run the .exe file. works fine so far.
