Viper2 problems need some help

Let me say hi first of all

I have a problem with my diamond viper2
after i play UT with metal
i have to restart windows because
my vieuw in 2d build up frame by frame

i tryed the latest drivers the newest bios
nothing help

my system = p3 450 , abit be6 , 256 mb pc100
