Police brutality or reasonable response? Looks like police brutality to me.

I hope the officer responsible gets the book thrown at him. If it were up to me to settle things, he'd be impotent for life.

Few things make me more angry on a gut level than police abusing their authority.

Hard to tell. It sounds like something got hit right before he was tossed down. Looking at his feet and the way they moved did he head butt somebody?

That's what I thought too. Kudos to the cameraman.

With no idea what all led up to it, I will say that the throw to the pavement was out of line, the kid hits his head off the concrete wrong and he's dead or a vegetable. Cops need to control their anger...it's part of the job.
