FBI Arrests Obama Supporter, Norman LeBoon, for Youtube Video Death Threats Against Republican Congressman Eric Cantor and Family

Obama Contributor Threatens to Kill Cantor and Family
After more than a week of various uncorroborated charges against Tea Party members by Democrats and their left-wing media enablers, the FBI has made its first arrest; however, the person in custody is not a Tea Party member, but Obama supporter, Norman LeBoon, who is charged with making death threats against United States Congressman Eric Cantor (R-VA) and his family in a profanity-laced Youtube video that has since been removed from the site.

A 38-year-old Philadelphia man, Norman LeBoon is a self-proclaimed Shia Muslim who contributed $550 to the Obama presidential campaign in June of 2008. In his Youtube death threat video, LeBoon harangues: "My Congressman Eric Cantor, and you and your cupcake evil wife.... Remember Eric...our judgment time, the final Yom Kippur has been given. You are a liar, you're a Lucifer, you're a pig, a greedy fucking pig, you're an abomination, you receive my bullets in your office, remember they will be placed in your heads. You and your children are Lucifer's abominations."

A bullet landed in Congressman Cantor's Richmond office on Tuesday, March 23, 2010, after what police called an act of random gunfire. The incident occurred just one day prior to LeBoon's death threat video which was uploaded to Youtube on Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Congressman Cantor held a press conference on Thursday, March 25, 2010, describing the gunfire incident. Thus far, law enforcement authorities have not made a direct connection between the LeBoon death threat video and the bullet that landed in Congressman Cantor's office.

Congressman Cantor's spokesman, Brad Dayspring, released a statement today that reads in part: "Over the weekend, Congressman Cantor was notified by law enforcement that a threat was made against his life. Law enforcement officials informed Congressman Cantor that the threat was determined as credible and they were responding accordingly. The Congressman was later notified that an arrest was made and a suspect was in custody."

A two-count complaint has been filed against LeBoon for violating Title 18 of the United States Code, sections 115 and 875, which respectively criminalize transmitting in interstate commerce any communication containing a threat to injure: (1) a person; and (2) a U.S. official. If convicted of both charges, LeBoon is subject to a maximum sentence of fifteen years imprisonment and a fine of up to $500,000.

So just curious, of all this violence against democrats, how many have been arrested, and how many charges have been filed?
Zero.

Edit: And when it happens...which I'm sure is coming...there will be great outrage...and you can bet the farm on that.

Hah! I missed that he was an Obama contributor and a Shia Muslim. Odd how the main stream media (i.e. Reuters in this case) ignores those interesting facts whilst emphasizing that "at least ten" Democrats were threatened but "a handful" of Republicans. Let us now have yet another chorus of "FoxNews is a biased Republican shill!" from the usual suspects.

Gotta give the left credit, they are highly organized and totally without shame.

I suspect the only reason that guy was arrested was from pressure by Cantor to look like less of a douche for politicizing the bullet through his window. That guy has been crazy and doing that same shit for a while now and really it has no bearing that he donated money to Obama. Of course you guys know that already, but anything to further the cause. Go ahead and label him another terrorist that Obama paled around with.

More violence committed against the GOP. I'm wondering when Obama and the DHS will issue warnings against "progressive" domestic terrorists?

Brick smashes GOP office window in Howell

By CHRIS CHRISTOFF
FREE PRESS LANSING BUREAU

A brick hurled through the window of the Michigan Republican Party’s office in Howell has the words ”Long Live the USA” and “God Bless the USA” scrawled on it, according to Livingston County Sheriff’s investigators.
The vandalism was discovered this morning by staff at the GOP’s Fix Michigan Center office, according to state GOP spokesperson Jennifer Hoff. No one was injured when the large, storefront window was smashed, she said. The office is located in a strip mall on Grand River Avenue, the main drag through Howell.

Michigan Republican Party Chief of Staff Josh Venable called it a politically motivated act.

“This type of reckless vandalism has no place in our democracy. While those who oppose us have resorted to throwing bricks, Michigan Republicans remain steadfast in our mission to fix Michigan,” Venable said in prepared statement.

Both Democratic and Republican officials nationally have reported threats of violence in the wake of passage of national health care reform bills.

Venable’s news release cites recent vandalism at the campaign office of House Republican Whip Congressman Eric Cantor and the Albemarle County, Va., Republican Party headquarters.

Ten Democratic members of Congress reported harassment, including incidents at offices in four states.

Livingston County Sheriff Det. Gary Childers said the Howell incident was under investigation. He said the words written on the red brick appear to have been written with a black marking pen.

Why would an unpatriotic, God hating, latte drinking, Volvo driving, Eurowheenie progressive write "God Bless the USA" on a brick?
Sounds like something a tea bagger would write. :D

You do realize that the Klan was mostly democrats right? How is Mr. Byrd anyway?

Democrats do not equal left wing. Most democrats are right of center currently. This includes those that filibustered civil rights.

I love it when people play disingenuous and think they are somehow scoring points.

I'm curious as to whom you consider to be in the center - Marx, Chavez, Mao, Castro, Che?

Why would an unpatriotic, God hating, latte drinking, Volvo driving, Eurowheenie progressive write "God Bless the USA" on a brick?

Interesting comment, and I tend to agree. Still, the left often likes to pretend to not hate religion and the USA, and some people have been fooled. /SNARKINESS

Right, right of center, left of center, dead center, all when convenient. Quick to relabel, realign the left to avoid being in the same group as people like Byrd and the rest of the democrats that tried to stop civil rights, and formed the KKK, but still happy to lump all the conservatives, and right into the same group of "violent" nincompoops. You're a joke.

Sorry, I don't play with liars. If you think that democrats who fillibustered civil rights are left wing, you are insane.

Center? The Democrats of the US.

Name some of the "left wing" ideals that have come forth in the last year. Starting with a weak ass public option and compromising it away is not left wing. That defines center.

You define "left wing" as anything that requires an iota of change.

Yes, because so many of today's Democrats are easily mistaken for Klan racists.

Where did I say they did? I am simply lumping all you loony leftist in with the lowest common denominator from "your" side like you are with the right, what ...you don't approve? Than stop doing it.

So "most Democrats are right of center", but "The Democrats of the US" are the center. Presumably then it is the space Democrats who are skewing "most Democrats" so far right.

Thanks, I now understand the difficulties in arguing with you.
