I believe Archimonde and Kiljaden are closer together though

Illidan + LK aren't part of that crew though so hard to rank it
LK definatley stronger than Illidan though

There's still like 3 or 4 old gods left, and the titans could come back and decide they don't like what we did to their world; I'm pretty sure I remember somewhere in game it saying the titans were due to revisit the world. There's also my favorite Deathwing!

KelThuzad will be stronger than the Lich King in WoTLK because of his resummoning of Kil'Jaeden

And when the gods/titans make a return we will be roughly 90

Am I the only one that has quips about the Warcraft storyline being continued on in WoW exclusively ? I somehow find it blasphemous to allow for KelThuzad to be killed by some guild . I demand a new Warcraft for Christ's sake !

Sargeras was owned by a single woman... I think he must hand in his man card for that and surely be demoted to under the Lich King.

I'm hoping that the activities of WoW aren't Canon for the most part unless scripted to fit in (maiev killing Illidan)

Wha wha ? So I am guessing it wasn't Arthas that finished off the daemon in Frozen Throne ?

This concern was brought up at BlizzCon. Blizz assured us that there is plenty of characters and lore that they can expand upon and explore. I believe that one of the main reasons people are believing that they are running out of villains is because most of the ones which have been focused on in previous games have already been done. The lore itself is much more expansive plus there is nothing to stop them from creating more or writing in ways to resurrect some of the ones we have already killed. For example, I see no reason why they couldn't bring Ragnaros back in a really cool way, but have him be at max power this time.

Sargeras died when Medivh died... you'd have to do some funky things to bring him back.

CoT is such a cop-out story-wise. But then again, what would it be? Helping Aegwynn kill Sargeras?

most likely

i like the CoT idea

i want a fall of gnomer instance so i can go and kill gnomes all day long

It's interesting to go back in time, but if you think about it... all CoT provides is a way for Blizzard to not have to really include any new story but just say "Oh noes this magical Infinite Dragonflight that we just threw in for shots and goggles is doing something bad... again. Just like Obi Wan Kenobi, Mr. Adventurer, you are our only hope!" In other words, they can avoid actually having to do something creative and just visit some past event, throw this "infinite dragonflight" in there and done!

You can just run into Gnomeregan right now and do that. Heck, you could SoC them so they just blow each other up :p.

Until I find CoT to not be fun anymore because it is used too much or whatever I am not going to complain. I see the point you are trying to make but I think you are talking about a potential problem which only seems like a concern because it could happen rather than it being realistic. Blizz is not stupid. They know that fresh new content based on new story lines is more fun. Whenever they are sitting at the drawing boards, they are always asking themselves, "Is this idea really a lot of fun? Why is it fun? What can we do to make it more fun?" As simple as that state of mind might seem, you would be shocked at how many game devs fail or only do a so so job in this category. In the past, Blizz as made decisions to completely wipe that drawing board clean and start from scratch just because they realized there is a better way to do something. Most devs wouldn't even dream of doing that let alone have the financial backing to support it. I have faith in Blizz.

Well I got that from what my WoW-playing friends told me , but as far as Frozen Throne goes I thought it looked pretty clear that he was done for .
