Ironically...you can get a 256MB SoDIMM for around $40 from Amazon heheheh.

I have a suggestion. The santa cruz sound card for 45.99 shipped as vmrao has posted.
Im not sure but maybe the $5 off $35 can be used on this making it come to .99 for the card.

The good thing is that Viking is going to give me (us, hopefully) a $40 credit towards another Viking product at Amazon. I guess it's better than nothing.

Ha! What a dork I am. I didn't read between the lines and thought that this $40 was only good towards another Viking product. This is a $40 GC to Amazon! Cool!

Moral of story.. It never hurts to try and get one of these deals even if it never materializes. The worst case scenario is that you're out a tiny bit of time and absolutely nothing monetarily.

ARHHHHHHHHHHHHH.... I was at the checkout and thought that I'll not receive that RAM due to the price error and how many orders for this RAM so I didn't finish the checkout!!! I guess next time when you see a hot deal... especially price error, DO NOT think too much and just go ahead to place an order!

Yup, this actually beats that BB GF4 price mistake dealie a few months ago. Those that ordered rec'd $35 BB gift certificate codes. So, $40 is at least a notch up in my opinion...

And for those naysayers (you know who you are), don't be afraid to order next time. What the worst that can happen? Oh yeah, you don't get a free Amazon shopping spree. 😉
