Viewsonic Vx900-2 Vibrating?

I have a viewsonic VX900-2 monitor connected to a Intel 82815 Graphics Controller and it's like tweaking out on me. I updated all the drivers but it still is shaking/vibrating. The picture not the actual monitor. I don't know what's wrong.
