ViewSonic VX2025wm Problem

I recently bought a ViewSonic VX2025wm, plugged it in, the middle of the screen starting shaking on the BIOS screen. Booted into Windows and it was still there. After I installed all the drivers and it still does it while the computer is booting up and at its native resolution of 1680x1060. However anything below that works fine. Any idea what could be causing this?
 
Is it shaking one pixel side-to-side/top-to-bottom or is it all over the place? Are you using the DVI-D or VGA connection? Have you done anything to rule out the graphics card being the problem?
