ViewSonic VX2025WM 20.1" Widescreen

$354 shipped is a great price, especially with no rebates.

I'm just wary of buy.com. Anyone know their return policy for LCD's?

Yes I'm a new customer, didn't know that option was only for new customers, just make a new account with a new e-mail address?? 🙂

The discussion on this particular monitor is better at FW. People who have delt with buy.com LCD returns said not to mention dead pixels, but backlight bleeding or other major issues.

As for getting another $15 off, you need to have received either a 10% coupon email from buy.com or use the $15 off $200 (for new customers, or new email address  ).

Edit: Huge discussion topic at the hard forum. From what I read, this blows the Dell 2005FPW away, but not sure about the 2007FPW.

I'm pretty sure they don't, the movement on these is one of the things thats lacking. From a review I read on Amazon.com they say there is only an adjustment that lets it angle back and forth for viewing angle. It has no height adjustment, and cannot pivot 90*.

FYI, CompUSA and Office Depot have this monitor on sale this week for $399 - $50 mir = $349

Works out to be the same price for me since Buy.com charges me tax and shipping

You must choose budget shipping for free shipment. Also, CompUSA cost more after tax and rebate. Create a new account with buy.com and use the $15 coupon for new customers.

Bummer, If I knew this I would have just gotten it from Office Depot today instead of waiting. Wonder if I can cancel Buy.com since it still shows sent to warehouse.

I ordered mine on Thursday. Anyone elses ship yet?

I ordered mine on Thursday also, status is still "Sent to Warehouse" They said it was in stock when I ordered it, This the normal delay to ship when dealing with buy.com? I believe it should have been sent Friday morning from reading the details on what in stock means for Computer hardware.

Anyone else?

I use this LCD, and let me tell you it ROCKS! I got it about a month ago from ZZF for $425 shipped but they ripped me off, was supposed to be "free 2-day shipping" but they shipped it 5 day. Not too happy about that, but it came in perfect shape and is amazing so it was well worth the wait.

OM has it advertised for $399 in their 5/1 sunday flyer

It would be even cheaper with $40 off 200 online coupon.

Beware the dead pixel policy at newegg. The LCD must have 8 (eight) dead pixels to qualify for an exchange.
