hi i have Sapphire ATI RADEION 300SE low end graphic card it has both VGA and DVI-I dual link ports and i have VIEW SONIC VG2021m LCD monitor when i connect the monitor with DVI-I to VGA converter the color are reflective what to do my monitor supports DVI-D signal(D-sub)

What clandren was trying to indicate is that shouting in your thread titles - that is, using all upper-case letters - is considered rude. He was reciting a variant of a popular meme in stating so.

Now, I realize that you are most likely not a native English speaker, but we could use some more details about your problem. As described, "the color are reflective" does not make any sense to us, and as such we can not understand what your problem is. Could you please go in to further detail about what is wrong?

yes sir my monitor displays reflective.that means it gives photograph negative color any solution please share thanks in advance
 
Is the DVI to VGA adapter known to be good?
Can you try connecting DVI to DVI?

The problem is usually caused by a poor connection.

yes sir the DVI connection is good i tested DVI to DVI connection it gives good result.the connection with DVI-I to VGA adapter which is supplied by the SAPPHIRE company is used and also tested with all another adapters which are available in the market are tested the result is same any solution please share thanks in advance
 
300SE DVI to VG2021m DVI is good
300SE VGA to VG2021m VGA is good
300SE DVI with DVI to VGA adapter to VG2021m VGA bad

If this is correct then maybe bad connection is on 300SE DVI
