What's so hot about a $300 refurbished monitor? Do you happen to work for them?

holy cow that's a class C monitor, stay the hell away.

edit: maybe assumed too soon, but

<< This monitor is a C stock item and has been refurbished by ViewSonic to like - new condition >>

. C isn't good for anything. unless it's their C for clearance maybe, but a poor choice of classification if it is.

BillyJack: I don't know if you are associated with that company, but the place you are referring us to is a VSTORE which IMHO are crappy places to buy from since they are either a scam, poorly run business, and/or people who want to rip you off.

Furthermore as members on the forum have pointed out:

<< This monitor is a C stock item and has been refurbished by ViewSonic to like - new condition. It carries a One Year Warranty from the Distributor. The standard Three Year Warranty from ViewSonic does not apply to this product. >>

This monitor is in horrible condition and is virutally backed up by NO WARRANTY. It would be a wiser decision to go do another 19" monitor deal like the Gateway 19" monitor for $250~, Samsung 955F for $250ish, or the Generic Diamondtron 19" monitor for $230ish. ;)

Better luck next time. :D

Why not just get the refurb from CompUSA or buy.com? They're both the same price, unless prices have changed since I checked last.

An example of a decent "hot deal" on a monitor. I just picked up a 19" with a max 1600X1200 res from Staples...it's the cheapest one they have made by Envision. It was $229 or $239... I used the $40 off $200 and ended up getting a 19" monitor shipped to me for $209 after taxes and all and this one was NEW! So...Happy shopping!

P.S. - We still appreciate the thought though. Posts make the world go round! Find one that makes us happy. :)
