Viewsonic monitor service menu?

I have a Viewsonic 22" P220F CRT monitor. Please, if anyone knows how to access the factory service menu (not the regular OSD menu), I'd GREATLY appreciate it!

You can only get to the Service Mode with the Control Software
supplied by the factory.

Thank you! Finally a definitive answer. Viewsonic is just a few miles away from me so I'll go by and see if they'll hook me up.

Were you able to get the software? I need to adjust my red/blue bias and cut on my P220F. Greens are way too dark, and it doesn't maintain 6500k throughout all the IRE levels. At 40IRE it's 9600k at 100IRE it's 4300k!

It must have been Friday at the calibration bay!
