Viewsonic LCD. Its developed a problem

Not a happy camper here. I've had my VX2025 for about 2 months. It has a great screen with no dead pixels or any other anomalies. Last night it developed an issue with the front control buttons. If I hit the sound volume it immediately pegs to 100 and the prompt wont go away. Unplugging the monitor resolves it. However If I hit any key such as the menu key the volume control pops up and wont go away unless I unplug it. Basically the front buttons have become defective.

So now I have to exchange it and hopefully its painless and they don't send me one with dead pixels or any other issues. AARRRGHHH!

So any comments or suggestions on Viewsonics RMA procedure? Just curious how they work. Do the cross ship?
 
Viewsonic is not the best, and there not the worst. It might take a little while, but the RMA should go through.
