It's still an excellant monitor for your mom or grandmother's email machine. It will work well for most general use applications and thats especially true at this price.

No the $30 discount is for deliverd items only, so this monitor does qualify for it plus free shipping on orders over $50.

So the $30 works for delivery or mail order when ordered online (but not in store), how do you get both $50 rebates? The deal is overstated.
