I see a $50 rebate on the site. What discounts are you talking about? Please explain the deal?

It's still an excellant monitor for your mom or grandmother's email machine. It will work well for most general use applications and thats especially true at this price.

Doh, the $30 off $150 is mail order only, one of the $50 rebates is store pickup only, so this deal is overstated by at least $30.

No the $30 discount is for deliverd items only, so this monitor does qualify for it plus free shipping on orders over $50.

One of the $50 says "Offer limited to in-store purchases, not valid with transactions placed online or by phone, including orders for in-store pickup. "

So the $30 works for delivery or mail order when ordered online (but not in store), how do you get both $50 rebates? The deal is overstated.

Go to techbargains dot com (anandtech does not allow links to the site) and search for ViewSonic® VA902b. You will see all the details there.

I bought this in store on 2 May for $299.99, then got two rebate forms for $50 each. One from Office Depot and one from Viewsonic. Yay me!
