Viewing DivX with subtitle?

Hi all,

I want to view some DivX movies with subtitle. I succeede using 'DivX subtitle displayer 2' with Win98. But I failed
with the same software under Win 2000. Does anybody know why?

And what is the easiest way of displaying subtitle with DivX?

Last question: where can I find those subtitles. I found them really hard to find.
