View Wired computer from WIFI laptop

What I'm trying to do is very simple but I can't figure out for the life of me how to do it... Maybe someone will help me or point me to the right direction.

I have a Wired desktop running windows 10 connected to my router/modem VIA ethernet cable. I have 2 more laptops connected to the same router/modem VIA WIFI. I want to be able to see the Wired connection of the desktop on my laptops to be able to push and pull files from desktop as it is wired to the router/modem from the Wifi Laptops.

I can see the WIFI computer from the Wired computer but not visa versa

There both on private networks and there both on the same workgroup

AGAIN i can see both computers on the wired connection but i can only see the one computer on the WIFI

1) do you have more than one router/modem? are you sure?

2) Use TeamViewer - all this networking stuff becomes kind of irrelevant then.
