I've watched tons videos on proper form. Most done by mark Rippetoe. Ran across this wonderful deadlift tutorial by him that is about 2 minutes long that I thought was worth sharing:

So, supply some links to videos on form you think are well done. Please boldface the type of lift being taught. And this can be things other than weight lifting related

The deadlift tutorial was great. I consider myself to have good form but that simple advice really sounds like it will ensure that I can nail it next time.

There are several more in the series.

Men and women have the same muscle structure, for the most part, I'd have to think that videos on form shouldn't really differ. Not all men have the same distance between their feet while squatting/deadlifting; many of the minor differences in form shouldn't be specific to men or women.

So You Think You Can Bench

Proper bench press form. A lot of people have terrible bench press form and don't even know it. I certainly didn't until I watched this series. Most common is where your elbows are when you bring the bar down to your chest. They also have vids for squat and deadlift.
