At least GTX 1660 SUPER... accourding to ASUS HQ

The GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER is believed to feature the exact same GPU as GTX 1660 non-SUPER. The difference lies in memory configuration. The SUPER variant is rumored to feature GDDR6 memory clocked at 14 Gbps (which is even faster than GTX 1660 Ti’s), whereas the non-SUPER variant only has GDDR5 clocked at 8 Gbps.

There is a 1650 Ti coming allegedly.
And allegedly it costs 155$. IMO GTX 1660 will get a price cut, and 1660 Super will fit its place.

Everything however depends on upcoming, with huge steps, Navi 14 based GPUs release.

1660 super would have faster memory but a lesser processor than the 1660 ti?

this is getting as ridiculous as the old GT/X/O days

Yes, less cores than 1660 Ti. Full GT116 has 1536 ALUs, with 12 Gbps GDDR6. GTX 1660 has 1408 with GDDR5, GTX 1660 Super is suppoosed to have 1408 ALUs with GDDR6 memory, that has 14 Gbps.

I can't help but think the $150 price being floated around is where the 1650 Ti is going to fit and the retailers are just mixing them up.

AFAIK a 1660 with OC even with GDDR5 still gets really close to the Ti, so that's a little weird,
