Videocard for HD

What would be a good card for great QuickTime HD and h.264 file playback? I don't intended to play any games on this machine, so I almost certainly do not need a high end card.

I currently have a P3.4 OC'ed to 3.6, 2 gigs of RAM, and a GeForce Ti 6400. The Motherboard is an ABIT IS7G and only has AGP 4x and 8x, so PCI-E based cards are out of the question.

The HD files from Apple will play, but they're very choppy with lots of droped frames. I'm assuming its the videocard, as the rest of the machine is quite powerful.

I have a Dell 2405 LCD and would like to run it at the highest resolution possible. I believe it's 1920 x 1200, which is what I'm running now.

So the two key things are:
1. AGP interface
2. Highest resolution for LCD (1920 x 1200)
2. Great HD and H.264 playback
