Dang, thats not the one of my character (dread) dancing on a bar counter in the night elf capital with 4 night elven chicks dancing around me.. (I'm a gnome)

There is a tauren one that is pretty good too...
 
This video was done in an emulated server.

You can tell because:
1) There are very few to no monsters
2) The monsters are not randomly moving
3) There are no other players in sight, considering this was taken in the starting areas

I've never played Warcraft - are those moves meant to be dancelike moves, or were they intended to be something else (in the game)? I just can't see how the air guitar move can be some sort of attack or whatever is done in the game.

last night when it was laggy there were like ~15 people who went into the inn and started dancing in their underwear. It was laughably sad.

You're right, emulation doesn't matter at all.
