Kudos to him for sticking it out, but you have to question his willingness to do this right in the first place. Hell, I would have studied and studied and studied every single weather forecaster's on screen persona and technique for days leading up to this. At a minimum he should have had some practice green screen time and read his script better.

Man I feel sorry for him. I thought he was gonna cry.

Edit: I think why the movie is so hard to watch is that he's honestly trying hard to finish and hes struggling so much. Everyone has some sense of schadenfreude but its usually reserved for laughs when people try to show off with skateboards and end up doing face plants. This is just painful to watch and I hope that he can get some help with his speaking phobia. I've often heard of people having a tough time speaking to groups or cameras, but this is the first time that I've ever seen it.

The reality of the situation is that now that this video has been distributed on the net he will probably be even more reluctant to speak.
