Video Troubles

Hey guys, I just upgraded my motherboard, cpu and video card, ram and now when I turn on the computer, there is no video at all. Everything else is running.

Here are teh parts
Celeron 1.8
MSI MX4000 64 mb 8x AGP
EPoX "EP-4PLAI" i848P Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU
256 Wintec Ram

Is it the Video Card, or could it be the mothrboard? I don't have any other AGP 4x/8x cards to try on it, so I was looking for suggestions.
