Video troubles with win2k

I set the amptron 810mlr to use the agp slot, pop in my v3 3k..

I boot win2k, it detects the card, I get into windows and change it to 800x600 and 16bit color. It goes nuts, doesn't snap back after 15 seconds, anything.

So I restart..no good

so I set the mobo back to onbaord vid, and it is all garbled up too

I then try last known good config,,stlll no go

I can't get it to work, nothing, just garble, no matter what

Please help me!
