Having restarts when i raise fsb above 219 (common problem on my board) so i was thinking maybe pci lock wasnt working properly (clockgen shows it at proper value) so i put a thermal probe in one of the fins on the heatsink (after accidentaly burning myself touching it working in the case) it is showing 86C, which ones just floating in the case show 26, processor is at 38 under prime load and nb is at 34. Could that possibly be correct, if so is that too high? The fan on the card is working and i have 6 case fans and card is not overclocked, it seems that, that number is insanse?
 
never mind got the fan running again down to about 55C, which is much better. Strange that i had no artifacts at 86c, though i am sure had i not noticed that and let it run without the fan for a while it would have killed the card.
