Basically, whether I'm running a screen saver, moving windows, or playing a game there is a short stutter in my video about once every second. I have the newest 4 in 1 drivers, the newest soundcard drivers, and the newest video card drivers. I tried the pci latency patch but that didn't do anything either. Here are my system specs...

900mhz athlon (soon to be 1700+ athlon)
512 megs of ram (2 sticks)
Geforce 2 GTS
built in hardware sound
built in lan
cheapo adaptec scsi pci card with my dvd and cd-r attached
windows xp
I'm running the newest bios from soyo. One thing I noticed is my sound, my lan, and my video card are all using the same irq. But disabling the sound and lan does nothing. This is all on a fresh install of windows xp, and it didn't have any of these problems with my MSI K7T 2a. Help is greatly appreciated, thankyou.
